Under the leadership of Mark Harman, our team of seasoned professionals delivers exceptional hospitality solutions defined by precision, efficiency, and uncompromising standards. With an extensive career spanning New Zealand and international markets, Mark has successfully led kitchens in both high-end dining establishments and high-volume bistros, consistently achieving excellence in every environment.

Among his distinguished accomplishments, Mark represented New Zealand in South Korea, presenting the nation’s finest export produce on an international stage. He is the owner of a successful catering company and café, oversees kitchen operations at Global Kitchen, and has worked at the prestigious Huka Lodge, where he had the honour of cooking for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Beyond the kitchen, our team brings specialist expertise across bar and front-of-house operations. We elevate service delivery, refine guest experience, and implement seamless systems designed to enhance efficiency, consistency, and performance across every aspect of your business.
