Artisan Kitchen - Manawatu catering company -by chef Mark Harman, has been going from strength to strength over the past eight years, with the addition of Artisan Kitchen Cafe in Caroline's barn at 613 Fitzherbert East Road, Aokautere, Palmerston North.

 

Mark and the AK team are all internationally experienced, qualified chefs. Mark was Peter Gordons' head chef at previous fine dining restaurant Dine in Sky City, Mark is an award winning chef, who developed Seasons Gourmet, a supermarket product range and represented New Zealand at The Millenium Hilton in South Korea in 2019.

Mark has had a long successful career, having cooked for the Queen of England, whilst at Taupo's prestigious Huka Lodge. He has served celebrities in the Bahamas and other restaurants and catered for weddings, events and corporate functions around the world.
