Having spent over 20 years working in hospitality, Mark decided it was time to return to his home town to create his own catering business, after successfully launching his own range of soups and dips under the brand Seasons Gourmet while living in Auckland.
After working with talented chefs such as Peter Gordon and Nic Watt and over the years having cooked for celebrities in the Bahamas and the Queen of England at the prestigious Huka Lodge in Taupo, Mark knows a thing or two about exceptional cuisine.
